Shipping
Shipments are made via express courier. Delivery times, unless otherwise specified on the product page, range from 2 to 4 business days from the order confirmation date.
For the regions of Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, and the islands, delivery may require one additional business day. Shipping times do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday). MAG Distribuzione S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are displayed at checkout when placing the order. Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify that the number of packages received matches the number indicated in the order and that the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the sealing tape.
In the event of visible damage or discrepancies in the number of packages, the Customer must immediately report the issue to the courier at the time of delivery. Any hidden damage or claims regarding the goods must be reported to our customer service no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Returns
Products may be returned provided they are in the same condition in which they were received and in their original packaging. The return shipment must be handed over to the courier within 14 business days from the date the goods are received.
MAG Distribuzione S.r.l. will refund the price of the purchased products after verifying the integrity of the returned items. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Please note that customized items, including those with applications or sublimation printing, cannot be returned and are not subject to the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 59, paragraph c of the Italian Consumer Code.
