8. Right of Withdrawal

The purpose of MAG Distribuzione S.r.l. is to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 business days from receipt of the products.

Return items must be delivered to the courier within 14 business days from receipt.

Return shipping costs and courier choice are borne by the Customer.

I. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The withdrawal is valid only if:

a. The request is submitted within 14 business days from delivery;
b. Products are unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;
c. Tags are still attached with the security seal intact;
d. Products are returned in original packaging;
e. All items from the same order are returned in a single shipment;
f. Products are handed to the courier within 14 business days of receipt.

If conditions are met, EVOL will refund the product price. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Customized products, including those with applications or sublimation printing, are excluded from returns and the right of withdrawal under Article 59, letter c of the Italian Consumer Code.
